Cherokee dues: $172
Georgia Association dues: $123
Georgia Association Scholarship and Disaster Relief Fund Assessment: $2
National Association dues: $201 ($156 dues + $45 ad campaign assessment)

Becoming a REALTOR® allows you membership to one of the largest and most recognized trade organizations in business. It shows the public that you adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and practice at a higher standard of professionalism.
You have access to an array of networking opportunities, resources, tools and education not available to real estate licensees.
As Cherokee REALTORS® we are proactively involved in our local communities by supporting the Boys & Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, MUST Ministries, Cherokee County Homeless Veterans Program, Never Alone Food Pantry, and so many others.

RPAC is the REALTOR® Political Action Committee. Members may elect to make an RPAC investment with their dues billing each year. RPAC funds go directly to political candidates who support REALTORS®, homeownership and private property rights. We like to think of RPAC as an “insurance policy” for our industry! We understand this can be tough on new members but it will become a natural part of your business expense calendar once you enter your second year!
CAOR offers an option to payoff your invoice in smaller payments until your invoice is paid in full. Just be sure to pay your balance in full by December 31st of the billing year (2025).
